Since joining the Caliber team, I’ve quickly picked up on important lessons that have helped me familiarize myself with the ever changing industry. From day one, every experience—whether attending team meetings, client events, or working on diverse projects—has been used as an opportunity to learn.

In a dynamic environment, valuable knowledge is gained daily. Whether it's learning a new shortcut key or software program, there are numerous opportunities for growth. By staying open and actively acquiring and applying new knowledge and methods, both personal and team improvements can be achieved.
Collaboration is Essential
A strong team is crucial for managing projects efficiently from start to finish. Working together to bring client requests to life is rooted in each team member's unique role. From clear communication with team members to bouncing ideas off of each other, having a team-oriented environment improves the overall experience for our team at Caliber and our clients.
This Industry is Fast-Paced
In an ever-changing world with new trends and technologies, being detail-oriented is key to generating significant results. From double-checking design elements to proofreading copy, a solid system makes the process smoother for both the team and clients. Efficient time management is essential for balancing daily tasks between multiple projects and responsibilities while also ensuring all expectations are aligned. Caliber has many clients and projects, so there's always something new to learn, which is exciting!
These are some key takeaways I’ve learned in my first few months at an advertising agency. I’m so thankful for the opportunities and experiences Caliber has provided and look forward to continuing my contribution to this team. Time flies when you're having fun and I’m excited to see what the next few months will teach me as I strive for success and engage in the great work Caliber creates.
