Caliber is looking to add an Audio/Video Producer to accent our creative department. This role will be instrumental in all audio and video production elements across Caliber’s projects for clients as well as Caliber’s own internal needs. As the need for digital content grows across all platforms, this role will be included in many different capacities on a wide range of projects.

Objectives of this Role

• Become the point person at Caliber for all projects that require photo, video or multimedia execution.
• Continue to develop and refine shooting photo and video skills.
• Expand creative briefs or brainstorming sessions to define how multimedia elements could enhance the overall concept or campaign.
• Build strong collaboration with all other team members at Caliber to grow our service offerings to include more multimedia content.
• Stay on top of marketing trends to ensure concepts from Caliber are on target.

Routine Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a team of cross-functional disciplines such as  graphic designers, copywriters, social media experts, photographers/videographers, and project managers.
• Prioritize projects and resources with the Caliber team to ensure projects stay on track.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions with creative team and accept the lead role on all audio and video needs.
• Be a direct point of contact for outside vendors related to specific projects or technical needs. (photographers, videographers, editors, etc…)
• Ready and willing to pick up a camera to capture photo and/or video content when needed.

Requirements

• Agency experience preferred, or at least in a creative/marketing team environment.
• Notable work samples that can be shown and explained in detail.
• Proven experience with concept execution in various media forms.
• Well versed in working with a team of creative talent.
• Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives.
• A humble team player, with contagious enthusiasm.
