We are excited to announce another recent promotion in the account service team. Kristi Kooima has been promoted to Senior Account Executive.

Kristi has been an account executive with Caliber for 3 years and has grown into a leadership role to help oversee and guide the account service team. As a senior account executive, Kristi will still assist key clients in day-to-day operations and communications but also work closely with the leadership team to help the entire Caliber team grow and evolve.

“It is an honor to be named Senior Account Executive and I am grateful to be afforded the opportunity to continue building my career at Caliber,“ said Kooima.

As the Caliber team continues to grow, Kristi will work closely with clients on marketing strategy, communication plans and serve as a consultant to her roster of client contacts. Beyond day-to-day functions, Kristi will also oversee and manage quality control between Caliber and its active client base.
